Imereti. Amber Dry Wine.

Our championship amber wine is produced from 100% Krakhuna grapes hand-picked from sustainable vineyards of Imereti.  It is fermented with the grape skins for six months in Qvevri, buried clay vessels, then aged in Qvevri for additional six months. Medium levels of tannins and aromas of dried spices and apricot make this wine an unique choice for full body amber wine enthusiasts.

Otskhanuri Sapere

Imereti. Red Dry Wine. IWSC Bronze.

This exceptional red wine is made from rare Otskhanuri Sapere grapes, hand-picked from sustainable vineyards. After fermentation with the grape skin for a month in buried clay vessels called Qvevri, the wine is aged in Qvevri for additional twelve months. It has a dark pomegranate colour with purple tinges, together with aromahes of blueberry and soar cherry. This wine is the best choice for full body, medium-to-high acidity wine lovers.

Tsolikouri

Imereti. Amber Dry Wine.

The distinct colour and aroma of this excellent amber wine comes from fermentation according to the traditional Georgian method, in contact with the grape pomace for six months. It also is aged in giant clay vessels called Qvevri. Grapes are hand-picked from sustainable vineyards. Tsolikouri is the most popular and respected wine in Imereti.

Tsitska

Imereti. Amber Dry Wine.

This light amber wine is produced from 100% Tsitska grapes hand-picked from sustainable vineyards of Imereti. It is fermented with the partial grape pomace for six months in Qvevri, buried clay vessels. Medium in tannins, its aromas of ripe wild pears, slight lemon and a hint of green tea, make this wine a unique choice for light amber wine enthusiasts.

Ojaleshi

Samegrelo. Red Dry Wine. IWSC Silver 90 pts.

This wine is produced from hand-picked Ojaleshi grapes of the Salkhino microzone of Samegrelo, where ages ago Georgian nobles crafted wine with great passion. It is fermented for a month underground in giant clay vessels called Qvevri, in contact with the grape pomace. This wine is best for special occasions spent with loved ones, while you are listening to the live jazz.

Aladasturi

Imereti. Red Dry Wine.

This lightweight red wine is produced from hand-picked Aladasturi grapes of Imereti. It is fermented for one month underground in giant clay vessels called Qvevri, in contact with the grape pomace. If you prefer a light red wine with a long finish and aromas of red berries, our Aladasturi can be the best choice for you.
